When you submit a quote request, Samson Handyman may collect your name, phone number, email address, area, service interest, job details, uploaded photographs and any other information you choose to include.

How information is used

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, arrange and complete work, keep appropriate business records, prevent misuse and, where you consent, understand which advertising or website pages led to enquiries.

Cookies, consent and Google Ads

The site uses essential browser storage to remember your privacy choice. With your permission, Google Ads may use cookies and process device, page, ad-click and interaction information to measure confirmed quote submissions, phone clicks and WhatsApp clicks, and to improve or personalise advertising.

Google Consent Mode is set to deny advertising, user-data, personalisation and analytics storage until you make a choice. If you reject non-essential use, Google tags operate with restricted consent signals and the site does not store Google ad-click identifiers in browser storage. If you consent to measurement, identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID may be stored and submitted with an enquiry to help measure advertising results.
